He continued his academic pursuits at UIC, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in just two and a half years. He later obtained an MBA from Loyola University, specializing in International Finance and MIS, which he completed in May 1992.

Batko's career commenced at BDLS, a CPA firm where he initially served as a consultant, managing sales quotas and implementing computerized accounting systems. His career quickly advanced; by 1991, he worked in five retail locations, achieving annual sales of $15 million. His trajectory then steered towards international project management at Advanced Systems & Networks from 1992 to 1999, where he honed his skills in identifying potential markets for CRM and ERP systems and managed a significant team.

In 1999, Batko's expertise led him to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Business Development Manager, where he managed projects exceeding $40 million in value. His career peaked at IBM in 2002, where, as Director of Business Development and International Strategic Alliances, he oversaw projects worth over $130 million, enhancing the company's presence across various continents.

His role at Aggregate Alliance and his strategic position at British Telecom in 2008 further demonstrated his capacity for enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering strategic international partnerships.

In 2008, Batko founded Logicraft Corporation. Under his guidance, the company quickly became renowned for its meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in handling complex manufacturing tasks. Logicraft has flourished under his leadership, broadening its client base across Europe and Asia and effectively navigating intricate supply chain challenges.

A recent highlight in Batko's career is the introduction of the "Zero Defect Policy" at Logicraft. This policy has significantly reduced production errors and achieved a near-perfect product rejection rate of 0.001%. This achievement underscores his commitment to quality and client trust, markedly enhancing business growth.

Beyond his professional commitments, Edward Batko cherishes his role as a family man. He has been married since 1987 and is the father of three children.
